Hello,

Can someone help me? I'm trying to download Firmware, but it said my serial is invalid, I try lowercase, uppercase, with dash or without... still no luck :(.

My product is LS-CH1.0TL ... It is a Bufallo Linkstation live

What country/region did you buy your Linkstation in and what is the local of original sale?

Have you tried calling support to get a download link?
