Title: Serial Number

The software that came on CD does reogonize the LS-W1.0TGL/R1.

And I cannot download an update because of "invalid serial number".

Using the software on CD, I get this messgae when trying to refresh:

"LAN Card under operation was not able to be detected."

For the software go to the link I posted in my last post and go to the FTP site.

 

for your error message, disable the wireless card on the computer

@rahmani: check in Device Manager to make sure your network card drivers are installed.
