Title: Web Access--> Service Setup Menu Not Visible On Linkstation Pro Duo (LS-WTGL/R1 V.3.09)

 I have just bought the Buffalo  Linkstation PRO DUO 2TB (LS-WTGL/R1), I follow the instructions from the user manual to start up the WEB ACCESS function for my NAS and would like to open account at buffalonas.com.
 
However, when I set up in the Configuration GUI, There is no "Service Setup" under the "Web Access" Button.  And the icon Web Access is not highlighted in yellow whatever I click how many times.  I can only setup folder after clicking  "Web Access".  May I know how to call out the "Service Setup" from "Web Access" of my NAS, so that I can activate Web Access funtion.  Now, I cannot activate and open account in buffalonas.com.

Are you logging on as the Admin to the account.  If you didnt change the username and password then try and login as "admin" as the user name and "password" as the password and see if it gives you the option.  If not you might have to reflash the firmare.
