Title: Cannot get TS-XL/R5 NAS to properly connect to BT SmartHub

To whom this concerns,

I am trying to connect a TS-XL/R5 NAS to our BT SmartHub and no matter what I do in order to change the IP address of LAN 1 and to connect the NAS drive to the SmartHub using the connection from LAN 1 on the same subnet, it still doesn't connect. Any pointers would be much appreciated.

Do you use dhcp? If so try restarting the device

Thank you for your reply. I can confirm that your suggestion worked like a charm and would like to thank you very much for your help. I should have thought of this whilst I was troubleshooting the other day.
