How are you unable to locate it?  Does \\IP work?  Are you talking about the driveNAVI?

When I use the DriveStation Navi it i get a message that it might not be connected.  I've ran the utility CD using my wireless laptop and get the same message.   If i connect my ethernet cable it will access.

Yes, don't access it through the Drive navi as wireless signal and firewalls can prevent it from being found on the network.  Try accessing it via "\\IP" in the run command.

when I run the command via wireless it doesn't connect  "a device to the system is not function"   This is the address i put in the  run command

 \\192.168.16.3

If I use the ethernet cable and run the command using \\192.168.16.3  it works.

"a device to the system is not function"... is that the exact error message, or is it translated? If translated, please post the exact error message before translation.

In the Properties for the wireless connection on the PC, check to make sure that Client for Microsoft Networks is in the list. Also, check Start->Run, type in "services.msc", and check to make sure the following services are Started, Automatic: Workstation, Server, and TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper.

I finally got access via Wireless!!!!!      After an hr, I just reset my Router and gave it a try again and it worked.   Very strange.   I really appreciate your help the past few hrs of trouble shooting.   I was getting ready to pack the hardware up and return.
