Post by: gforsyth on August 11, 2009, 01:46:09 PM

Hello,

I am receiving the following message from my Terastation (TS-1.0TGL/R5):

STORAGE2 - HDD has an error.

[TeraStation Information]
 TeraStation Name: STORAGE2
 IP Address: 192.168.0.11
RAID error occurance time: 2009/08/11 14:14:49
 Disk(s) the error occurred: Disk 4 (08:41) READ sector:15015416

Disk-reading error occurred.
Some data related to the error portion cannot be recovered.
Entire drives will not break down immediately, but it is recommended to take data backup regularly.

Is this an issue with the physical hard drive?  Would you recommend replacing it?

Thanks
