Title: Active Directory Authentication Problems
Post by: dannyc on August 05, 2009, 03:52:05 PM
I have a TS PRO II running fw version 1.33. We are having an issue with Active Directory authentication. We had no problems with joining the AD domain. We can see the AD groups listed, but it says it cannot obtain the user list (less than 1000 users). As long as we don't use any access restrictions, everything works fine. When we move an AD group to the read-only restriction list, it removes the group's name and leaves only the domain name in the list. As long as only one group or user has restrictions set, it appears to work fine. As soon as we add a second group, or any users, it will no longer connect to the shared drive without first entering login information.
