Title: Unable to access Data on Terastation Homeserver HS-D2.0TGL/R5
Post by: stephenss555 on May 25, 2019, 12:20:57 PM
Hi

I am having problems with my Terastation  I am unable to access the data or administer it.  I have tried to reset the password  via the init button on the back.

The NAS appears in the NAS Navigator 2 & shows the ip address 192.168.11.150  & Firmware 2.03 & also that it is Raid 5 & displays the used disk space which I am hoping is good sign.

I have connected a pc directly to the NAS & I can ping it but I can't map any drives or connect to the settings page.

I have downloaded the latest firmware to try to reflash it but it then asks for the password which i enter default 'password' or the password I set when it was all working correctly & I am told Incorrect Password.

Any help would be greatly appreciated ;-)

Thanks

Stephen
