Title: HD-H1.0TGL/R5 RMA
Post by: dr3 on July 16, 2009, 10:52:28 AM

My Terastation Original is dead, how do I go about submitting an RMA?  I called the 512 number and sat on hold for about an hour before giving up.  Thanks in advance,

dr3

Im guessing that unit is out of warranty so you probably wont be able to get an RMA? How old is it and where was it purchased?

No, it's a refurb that I purchased a couple months ago from ecost.com.  They said their warranty covers the first 14 days, and that it has a manufacturer warranty of 90.

You are going to have to contact our support line.  There is no other way.

If you call now our hold times are very low!  Beside I think you were calling our corperate office with that other number.  Not technical support.

Mpopa,

I am deleting your two posts that are nearly identical and relatively off topic because you are trolling.  I will leave the thread that you created but if you continue to post this message in several different locations then I will ban you from our forums.
