Title: HD-HTGL/R5 Terastation showing FULL despite many files being moved or deleted

I have an odd issue with my TeraStation, despite deleting or moving many hundreds of gigs of data the drive (raid 5 config) is showing it is FULL, how do I reclaim the space? Anyone had or having the same issue?? did you resolve it, if so how??
