Title: Unable to Map Drive or Connect to a Share
Post by: abruno on January 30, 2019, 06:54:58 AM
Hi,
My device is a TS5200D it is running version 3.70-0.10.
I have successfully connected it to my domain and setup Folders in the device. I even setup the domain groups to proper permissions of the folders. But When I go in file explore from any PC on my network (Windows 7 Pro) \\TS5200D2DC I see my 2 Folders I setup and the factory info one. I can click on info and it shows me whats inside. But if I click on the two I setup it prompts me with an error. Network Error - Windows cannot access \\TS5200D2DC\xxxx (Error Code 0X80070043

Any ideas?

Thanks,
