Title: HD-PZNU3 Unlock disappears.

Hi guys,
I was wondering i have the HD-PZNU3 and it is locked and when I type the password it says authenticated but disappears from my disk management. I did originally set it up on a mac and it does still work on mac.I tried resetting it but it still does the same thing. What do I need to do?
