Title: Folder doesn't show up on the app

I copied a folder to my LinkStation using FTP. I can use SMB and FTP and view the folder with its content. However, no user (including admin) can view the folder it self. It doesn't even show up under the shared folder when I try to view using the webaccess app. Do you have any idea what might cause this, and how to fix it?
