Hi there,
I have a problem accesing my LS220DE, the ethernet port seems to be mute, the activity led on it is always off. I reset the unit, replaced the ethernet cable, the ethernet hub and I even connected my PC directly to the LS220DE, all with the same result. On the other hand, the main led on the front of the unit is solid white, not showing any errors.
Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
