Title: Need boot image for LS-QV4.0TL/R5

I recently replaced all harddrives in model LS-QV4.0TL/R5 and then realized that the device must have a boot image and firmware! I have searched and cannot find the appropriate boot image for this model, any direction would be appreciated very much. Thank you.
