Title: Emergency Mode LS-WTGL/R1
Post by: jonesdoll on September 15, 2018, 12:22:48 PM
I have an old LS-WTGL/R1 Buffalo drive that is now in emergency mode.  I am not a technical person by any means.  I've tried updating the firmware but that didn't cure the problem.  The firmware seems outdated.  I've also tried rebooting but no luck there either.

Could someone give me suggestions in fairly easy technical language to help me sort through how to get the drive up and running again?  Thanks.

What error do you get when you run the firmware update? And what version are you using? How many USB ports does your Linkstation have?
