Title: LS420d does not boot

 Hi , we have a LS420d2020 , it's not working ' when we turned on the power light went amber and flashing , 2 time long and 5 time short.
I could not access to NAS with the NAS navigator .

Could you help us?

I'd try to see if the firmware updater detects the unit and rerun it. If it got interrupted mid update, or there's a drive failure, this might happen.

Are you using 2 different sizes of drives? Check your RAID.
