Title: Resetting error messsages
Post by: jdurham001 on July 02, 2009, 07:36:39 PM
I've got a TeraStation HS-DHTGL/R5 running firmware 2.14. Everytime any error occurs I get a message on the TeraStations web page. The problem is that it won't go away unless I reset the machine. Is there some other way?

I found that the backup related errors can be reset from the home screen when the backup job that generated the error is set to "Not Scheduled."

You have to reinitialize the unit through the web interface.  Go to Maintenance>initialization>restore.
