Title: Replacing Crashed Drive in HS-DH500GL
Post by: qballrail1 on August 28, 2018, 10:13:23 PM
My 500G drive bit the dust, I cannot clone it. Is there a way to format a new drive to work in the HS-DH? Is there an OS/firmware download link someplace? I know these have the OS on a small partition on the drive.

You need the recovery image to load the firmware onto the new disk.
