Post by: peterj on July 02, 2009, 06:56:20 AM

I powered up the terastation and sounded really quite like the disks werent spinning up. Then the Diad LED light eluminated and stopped.

Powered up the terastation again and power link/act LED showing green.

However unable to connect to the share that was created.

Has something failed on the motherboard. How can I test?

FIRST- What is the model???

Do you know the Firmware version??

What operating system is on your computer?

Any error messages on the Display, or the web interface? Error or Info light flashing?

Can you access the web interface?

Does the Nas Navigator find the unit? What Firmware version is on the unit?

What is the IP address of the unit? Can you ping it? or access it via Start>Run> \\IP of TS

Any more info would be quite helpful for us to help you!
