Title: Link speed = No link
Post by: anodyne on July 01, 2009, 12:52:47 PM

I have 4 TS-H1.0TGL/R5s on my network.  This morning I noticed that one of the backups did not run.  I logged in to it via IE and anytime I would try to make a change it would force me to login again.  I then did a power down on the device.  Now it is running but is constantly checking disk 1 in the array(I21).  Also, it shows that it is not connected to my network (Link speed = No Link) even though I know it is. If I could access it from the network I would just reformat and restore from my backup, but I am unable to.

Any ideas?

What Firmware version is on the Unit? Try updating it to 1.33 (if it is already at 1.33 then try a Force Update).

Have you tried accessing the GUI from another comp or browser (FireFox, Opera)? Try clearing the cache!
