Title: LS-WXL NAS connection issues since firmware 1.74 update
Post by: arpanet78759 on June 27, 2018, 08:35:15 PM
Ok so I just updated my firmware a couple of weeks ago to 1.74.  I went to use it on my old Mac Book Pro, but could not connect through the Nas Navigator 2.  The Navigator could not see it.  I could not see it on the wifi.  I was ready to give up and just connect it to my laptop with USB, but my MacBook went to sleep and did not wake up.  I purchased a new iMac and still cannot connect.  I can get to it via IP over wired lan, but not wifi.  I can log in and noticed the Webaxs folder was new.  However, I cannot get to any of my files!  I set up alerting to make sure there was nothing wrong with the drives and the drives seem to be fine.  I am was running the latest nas navigator for High Sierra 10.13.  I am out of options and very frustrated!  Does anyone know what is going on?  I saw someone else posted a similar problem, but it was in April so the thread alert suggested starting a new thread.

Ok so the setting power setting on the back of the device apparently needs to be set to on after the firmware update.  It is now working.
