Title: Denied permission to access the backup folder
Post by: Kourosh on May 13, 2018, 08:02:12 AM
Hi

I would be grateful to receive your advice on the following issue:
I have a new Buffalo MiniStation Extreme, and Have 3 partition on it. On one of the drives I cannot access the Backup Folder.
I have access to the other drive which is the backup of my laptop but on this one which is the backup for the desktop PC, the access is denied.

I receive: You don't currently have permission to access this folder.
and after clicking "continue" I receive: You have been denied the permission access this folder.
Then going to "security tab" and clicking advanced to continue, and then continue and then change...
and then I don't have a clue what to do next.

Regards.

This is set by Windows Backup, not by the drive.
