Title: LS-WX2.0TL/R1 - Reformat

Please tell me how to wipe my drives clean. I tried holding the mode button while booting up and once it lights flash pressing the mode button again. Now I have a solid blue light and a slow flashing red light. I can I reformat and the drive isn't showing up
