Hello all,
I am new to Buffalo products and had a question or 2.
I purchased a second hand Terastation and it came without any firmware loaded on it.
I was after some guidance on installing this.
I have followed the guides from the website, but I am running in to a bit of an issue. It says it needs the serial number in order to download and install the TeraNavigator. This is where I run in to issues. As the unit is second hand, the serial number has rubbed off and I am not sure where else I can find this in order to install the firmware.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
