Title: Wake-up process to not wake up when returning form suspend mode.
Post by: Bgateux on June 29, 2009, 03:29:33 AM

Hello !

The auto-shut off feature of the buffalo li9nkstation mini is very nice, and work well when I shut down & power off my PC, and then restart the PC.

But if i go to "Hibernate", as become "stand by" when you press "shift", while on the "turn off menu" (usually listing the 3 options: "stand by", "Power off", "restart"), then the linkstation would not recover after PC restart.

I guess, the piece of code used to wake up the device, do not run in that mode.

My question: What is this piece of code. Code it be run on manuallyto avoid having to restart the PC under that circumptence ?

Thanks.

Bill.

The wake up "code" or "script" is held and sent by the NasNavi 2. I do not believe it can be sent manually.

What FirmWare version do you have on the unit?

Try updating Firmware and try reinstalling the Nas Navigator (there may even be a newer version of that for you as well)!
