Title: "A notification has been sent by CSWX7A4 Confirm NAS Navigator 2".
Post by: aprophet@apresearch.com on February 25, 2018, 01:13:59 PM
I keep getting the following popup message every few minutes:

"A notification has been sent by CSWX7A4  Confirm NAS Navigator 2".

The CSWX7/A4 is a NAS drive supporting two WIN 7 computers.  (This message only appears on one Win 7 platform. The other computer does not show this message.)

The model for the Tera/Linkstation is: CS-WX2.0/1D.  The supporting software is NAS Navigator verson 1.13  and it is resident on both computers.

What is this message?  And what are the steps to clear it?

Looking forward to a prompt reply. This is my second attempt get a reply on this forum.

Cheers,
Andy

If you open the Nas Navigator, what does the message say?

Hello Davo:
Opening the NAS Navigator does not show any message.  it only shows the drive.  On the computer that repeatedly shows the message, there is question mark on the drive.  Yet, on the computer that does not show the message, it only shows the drive... nothing else.
Cheers,
Andy

post it here

Thanks for your suggestion, Oxygen8.
When I move my mouse over question mark it shows:

CS-WX2.0T/1D
IP address: 192.168.1.11
1739.0GB/1808.4GB
I255: An unknown error occured

What does "I255: An unknown error occured" mean?  When I search on "I255", I get nothing.
Do you or anyone else on this forum have any suggestions?
Best regards,
Andy

Its probably i53 meaning it cannot communicate with the pogoplug servers, which makes sense as pogogplug pulled the plug a while ago.
