Title: Model LS-A1.0TL/R5, Cannot access HD or Browser

I have a few questions.

1)  I cannot access the system on my browser. THE IP address is correct.

2) Create folder named "Share"  I have on my computer... Where else?? details please

What do the lights on the unit mean?  I know the one where the drive has failed.. I have Long red, 3short red, then short blue repeat for my power button...

LAN is solid Green
help

I have not used this in a year or so and was needed some data off it..
HOW do I get access to it??

There is no  LS-A1.0TL/R5 model, do you mean LS-Q1.0TL/R5 instead? Any errors in the NAS Navigator?

AHH.. yes... silly fingers and tku for a quick reply. Yes it is a LLS-Q1.0TL/R5

AND yes there are errors..  Drive 1 is kaput. Failed..

Other than that it won't let me do anything.  I was hoping to get data off it without having to add a new HD.
