Title: Terastation TS5800D202 - Array1 Failed / Can´t mount
Post by: jealves on September 25, 2017, 05:32:08 AM
Hello Guys,

first of all, it's a pleasure to be here among all of you.

I am an avid reader of your forums, but i have to say that unfortunately this is my first post, kind of stressed here.

I have one Terastation TS5800D202 with 8x4tb hdds.

I have Raid5 set.

I had one hdd failure, and system got in degraded mode. Between the purchase of new hdd, array1 went to fail and cant mount.

I need some help in trying to save my data, delete array1 and start from 0 is not an option for now.

I updated to last firmware available.

hdd8 (new one ready to be added into array1/raid to be rebuild is dismounted now.

Regards,

José

You should contact a data recovery company directly like Drivesavers as more than likely you have a second failed disk.
