Title: Cannot use Web Access for LS500 Link Station any more
Post by: Dorothea on July 30, 2017, 08:16:36 AM
Dear all,

the IP address of my LS500 Link Station is 192.168.0.1. Everything worked fine for months, Web Access and NAS. Today it stopped working. I researched quite a lot and realized that most probably it is due to the fact that the default gateway is now 192.168.2.2, mask 255.255.225.0, IP Address 192.168.2.50.
I do not know how it was before (the network configuration) and I do not have control over the router (it is a rented apartment with a hotspot).

I need to access the files as soon as possible and would appreciate your quick help!

Kindest regards,

Dorothea

Most likely the problem in the router, connect NAS to PC/Laptop via Ethernet cable and search in NAS Navigator.
