Title: Linkstation LS-WX can't be accessed
Post by: ajbaum on July 01, 2017, 12:49:02 AM
It comes up with an ERR 13: Err in Raid Array 1.
Clicking on Settings in NasNavigator2 v2.90 *eventually* (5-10 minutes) gets to 192.168.1.xxx/v2/ui/setting.html --- which is a completely blank page except for the Buffalo logo and a vertical line that is gray on the left, and white on the right, which has two more horizontal lines. Turning the drive off *eventually* (2o minutes) powers it down.

The linkstation is connected by ethernet directly to my DSL router (while this computer goes through a switch first).
Earlier today it said it was in degraded mode - its not even saying that anymore.
IS this (another) controller failure, or a drive?
How can I get further, even to completely reformat the drives (if that is what is bad)?

I'm running on an iMac under El Capitan 10.11.6, for what its worth
