Title: Terrastation Pro 2 - TS-RHGTL-EMEC5
Post by: Techmonkey on June 08, 2017, 01:34:58 PM
Had a power outage and now our TS2 is in emergency mode. So far I can ping it, but am unable to log into the web interface. I can find it using NAS Navigator, but can't interact with it as it is in emergency mode. I have tried the firmware update tool, but it comes back saying "TS-RHGTL that needs updating not found". Do I need to do a factory reset?

Either you are using the wrong firmware version or you have security software blocking the update.
