Title: LS-WVL750 does not initiate/complete reboot after firmware update
Post by: rhenkel on May 17, 2017, 02:01:19 PM
Firmware update from version 1.60 appeared to have completed. The Details section of the screen stated "PROGRESS: The machine must be restarted to enable the firmware settings. Please wait until the restart process is complete."  Fifteen hours later, the in-process icon is still spinning!! Should the reboot have been automatically invoked or was this just poorly worded instructions and I am expected to initiate the re-boot?

PS, is there no way to contact support via E-mail or phone?

Poorly worded, does the NAS navigator show that the firmware was installed?
