Post by: J Miguel on March 27, 2017, 05:58:12 PM
After Reset LinkStation to factory default values, navigator2 can't find it. Only 3 drives lightup in green the other drive is off (no light), and there is a red light flashing on the link station.

Before that I had a hard drive go bad and i replace it and started to rebuild the array, while the array was rebuilding other disk fail and i was not able to save the data. them i decided to reset to factory and start a new array. and did a Reset LinkStation to factory default values. If you can help me to be able to acces it with navigator2 and redo the array.
THANKS

Pardon my English,

Miguel

You can try disabling your antivirus temporarily - then the NAS Navigator will find the NAS unit.

You can also try enabling SMB version 2 or above on your buffalo product. Windows has recently disabled SMB version 1 that most units use by default.
