Title: Red Lights of Doom LS420

Hi There
My ls420 has a red light flashing 7 times. I do not require the data as it is a backup device.
I have tried resetting and also removing the drives.

Any advice? It is about 9 months old

You need the TFTP image to get the unit operational again.
