Title: LS410D File Access
Post by: wairds on January 08, 2017, 01:38:49 PM
Scenario: I have been using the Sleep Timer to switch the LS410D on and off. The other night I attempted to switch the unit off using the toggle switch and the unit remained on. As I was going away for a few days and did not want it left on I eventually switched the unit off at the mains. Ever since then I have been unable to see or access the music files on the server. I know the files exist as I can see them on Explorer but when I use the LS410D as a UPnP server the server is found but none of the folders or files.

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

Can the NAS Navigator detect it? What's the current status of the LEDs?

Many thanks for your response.

Yes, the Navigator can detect the folders and files and the LED is a solid white.
