Title: Connection Error: LS-X2.0TL is denying access to my PC.
Post by: yaimj3 on December 28, 2016, 01:54:34 PM
my old LS-X2.0TL is currently connected to my PC with Ethernet cable and not working functionally.

When I open NAS Navigator2, it is actually visible (I never get red light), however kept displaying the error message; it said "[Message from LS-XL9D2] Connection error: drive information not returned, error information not returned".

I was about to open the storage directly using window explorer, but it denied access to my PC.

Can someone explain what happened and how to solve this issue? Thanks!
