Post by: alucard1983 on December 15, 2016, 12:48:15 AM
ok i am having issues with my nas. i have the power light solid blue, and red lights under the drives red. i am able to ping the nas but i am unable to access the settings. when i open up nas navigator it say it is in emergency mode. the name is ls-wvl-em402 it says to update the firmware or contact tech support. when i download the firmware. i am able to find the nas but the workgroup is unknown and the firmware version is ----. i try to update and it says partition not found. Aborting firmware update. wen i do the emergency mode but powering off and holding the function button it is still having the same issue. is there a way of getting the firmware back on there? and to access the info on the hdds
