Title: Auto Upload setup crashes and/or display error
Post by: jamesnb on November 27, 2016, 12:05:57 AM
Hello everyone,
I hope someone could help me setting up the feature called Auto Upload so that I can upload automatically photos and video from my iPhone to the NAS.
My NAS is LS-WXL Duo running latest firmware (1.71)
My phone is iPhone 5s running iOS 10.1.1. As for the app, I installed "WebAccess i" v. 1.60(160.11) - and when I check the version, it is the latest as of the time of writing this thread.
I also log in using "admin" permission.

However, the setup process always hangs and eventually crashes when the phone wakes up from screen-off. If I keep the screen on, the app eventually throws out a "you do not have permission to create the folder" or something similar...

Does anyone has this challenge and if you know how to fix it? I would be really appreciated.

Kind regards
James

Anyone who have the same problem as I do? I doubt that it's the Apple App, not the firmware itself?
Thanks
James

The app was last updated in March 2016, iOS 10 was released in September 2016.

My guess is that the app hasn't been optimised for iOS 10.
