Any errors on the NAS Navigator? Can you access the files via this software? Did you install the Windows 10 anniversary update?

WIN !0 was downloaded 2 weeks ago 15 Oct.  When you run navigator it comes up as named NAS.  But it is IDing it as a computer not a hard drive.  When you open it with explorer.  It shows zero of the folders or files.   You can access it by web interface and android Navigator .

Tried taking defender off and on
There was a link about SMB 1 share.  tried that.
Tried making it public and private network.  Tried on LAN connection and WIFI connection

Don't know how to map drives.  If it would even help.  So the question is why does it recognize it and why is it recognized as a computer and why won't it show the folders if it does recognize it on network.
