Title: LS-WX4 RAID 1 fail
Post by: camramnky on October 02, 2016, 07:37:24 PM
Have a LS-WX4.0TL/R1 that only shows a blue light. blinks when starting up, then goes solid.
Does not show up as a device.
NAS-Navigator 2 says it is in emergency mode and lists it as LS-WXL-EM700
Tried to flash firmware, Alert says backup failed, update aborted.
Is there any way to access the files or am I just hosed?
I tried hooking the drives up in a dual drive caddy, but the desks are not recognized.
I'm working on a Macbook Pro.
Any ideas?

Thanks!

Does anyone have an older version of the the firmware installer for Mac OS?  I have tried 1.71, but would like to try another.
