Title: Need TS5200 USB Recovery Image - Please urgent

Hi,

sorry to disturb you.

I need to restore my TS5200 but I live in Italy and then my serial is not valid on the US site to download the USB Factory Image.

Could someone help me please? I'm really really disperate.

thansk but i dont' want to pay for something that should be completely free (expecially in a forum)...
