Hi,
few weeks ago update the FW to version 2.15 (don't remember which version it was before) on my WZR-1166DHP. Since then 2.4GHz band is not visible to any device (both printer and a smartphone worked perfectly and had a reliable connection to the PC/Internet). The 2.4GHz band is enabled and settings are exactly the same before. Still it is not "seen" by any device.

I'm assuming a full factory reset was done after the update?

Yes, it was.
For the record what was done so far to troubleshoot the issue:
-full factory reset was done after the update (both with the reset button and via the management interface)
-reset with the new FW flashed yet again after and a reset yet again after the successful update
-different 2.4GHz settings
No luck so far.
