I have a 640GB HD-CELU2 model. The problem is that I cannot access or see the drive on one of my computers (both ip and hostname) wirelessly. However, I am able to access it on the computer that is connected to the router through ethernet. I am guessing something is blocking the connection, but I do not know what. I know of port forwarding, but what port would I open?
Also, I am having trouble updating the firmware as when I access the online control panel through the computer that works, I am given constant "503" errors. The web browser control panel works every once in a while, but it is never long enough to make any changes before it gives the 503 error again. I have to constantly refresh to page.
Oh, and when I want to download the firmware, it asks for a product serial, where can this be found? There is a slip of paper that came in the box that says Memeo serial, yet it does not work.

Port forwarding will not affect your local network.
Try turning off ALL your firewalls (Windows/Anti-virus firewalls).
What Operating system do you have?
The serial number is found on the bottom (or maybe the back) on a sticker and it is indicated by S/N: (then the 15 digit serial number)
