Title: MY LS-WXL can not be scanned

I had an error of a bad drive on my LS-WXL and I replaced the drive with a WD that was on the authorized hard drives list. The issue now is that I cannot get the unit mounted or discovered on my computer. The orange light is flashing but my Nas Navigator can not find the drive. Tech support only tells me to buy another unit. Has any one had a similar issue or have a solution
