Title: TS5400
Post by: radame on June 29, 2016, 12:48:50 PM
Got the notice of a firmware update, so I did it. The folders are still there on the network but the web interface won't load. Tech support had me force another firmware update a few times it worked, but we moved the rack , so I had powered it down and when it came up again web interface will not load but the folders are still accessible via the network. I have tried forcing the firmware 8 times now and still no success. Is there something I can do to get my interface working again.

My ticket got escalated to tier 2, but I solved it while on hold. I unplugged the lan 2 cable and forced the update again. came up just fine.
