Title: unable to format drive
Post by: wintrt72 on June 05, 2016, 12:49:29 PM
Looking for some help.

I have a WZR-1750DHP and i'm attaching a 1TB seagate drive. Every time i try to format the drive I get the following error.
'The server closed the connection without sending any data.'
This is in Chrome.

In Safari i click the button and nothing happens.

In firefox i get the following:

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I can see the drive if i format it FAT32 on my Mac and then use it. However i want to use bigger file formats.

Any suggestions.

Thanks in advance.
