Title: English info missing in info folder on Linkstation Quad

I just purchased a Linkstation Quad model LS-Q4.0TL/R5 from Fry's yesterday. The "info" folder only contains a Japanese folder, no English version.

 

Doesn't this unit normally come with English and Japanese folders?

How can I get the English info which includes the owners manual in PDF and the nav program?

Is the manual available on the Buffalo website somewhere? It wasn't in the downloads section that I could find.

 

I tried "restore" but that didn't put the English version back in.

   Didn't it comes with a CD package which contains an english manual, CD and the memeo serial key? It should be in the Linsktation Quad when you puchased it. There should be a Share folder too. If not, then return to Fry's.
