Title: clean wipe terrestation

hi all,

i need to clean wipe my terrestation. I used the red button, but its been disabled so i cannot reset the admin password since i do not know it and neither does anyone at work. is there a procedure on how to clean wipe the terrestation nas?

I have the terrestation TS-8VH24TL/R6 not sure if thats the correct one, but thats what it says on the back

All the red button will do is reboot the unit. If you want to completely erase it and you have forgotten your password then you will need the boot image.
