Title: MAC-clone on the WLAE-AG300N
Post by: kuronoharu on May 02, 2016, 11:00:46 PM
Hello everyone!

Yesterday I bought this router to use it as a wireless repeater to straighten the signal to my room (living in the university dorm in Japan). The ISP here assigns the connection to Laptops MAC-Address,
therefore, I am not able to connect the router to the network.

I was searching for the usual solution for this problem, which is copying my Laptops MAC-Address, but had no luck finding it.

Does the router support this option? Or is it just not present in the original firmware? If I put the DD-WRT firmware, will I be able to clone the MAC-Address?

Thank you
